Development of Oconomowoc CITY BEACH

There are key areas of a community which identify the uniqueness of each city, Oconomowoc is known for its lakes. As we move into construction of Downtown Oconomowoc and the expansion of downtown boundaries, our City Beach development will be open for discussion. Besides the 5 discussion points listed in the poll on this blog what other alternatives are there?

TIF District? What does this mean?

TIF (Tax Increment Financing) can be a highly controversial development option. Let's discuss the TIF options Oconomowoc has taken advantage of in the past 15 years.
